ThermCable, a subsidiary company of the ThermGroup Holding is a fully German company located in Langenselbold, 25km North-East of Frankfurt am Main. The company is one of Europe's leading manufacturer of Mineral Insulated Cables (MI) for High Temperature Measurement and Industrial Trace Heating. The company was founded in 2006 and the CEOs are Ing. Herbert Krick and Jürgen Hofmann. ThermCable is ISO Certified and operates globally with a well-diversified MI Cables portfolio. MI Cables are manufactured according to highest quality standards (IEC 584, ASTM E230-93, BS4937/4, NFC42-321, GOST, KTA 1401). MI Cables for Thermocouples, RTDs measures to temperature of 1200°C! MI Heating Cables maintains temperature to 600°C (SS321) or up to 1000°C (Inc 600).

Signal Transmission Cable

Signal Cable with 6 wires and inner wires Nickel. Diameter of 6.4mm with insulation material of MgO Purity>96% and Sheath material 1.4404 / AISI 316L.

Cables can be used in protection for radiation in high-technology applications such as: Aerospace, Automotive, Nuclear, Medical and Vacuum Technology, Power Plants, Cryogenics.

We can manufacture this Cable according your bespoke specifications Depending on materials temperatures up to 1000°C can be sustained.

Triaxial Signal Transmission Cable

Triaxial Cable is 1 wire made of AISI 600. 2 Metal Sheaths: inner AISI 600 and outer sheath AISI 600. Diameter of 2,5mm with insulation of MgO>96%. Other insulations (MgO, Al2O3, SiO2) can be manufactured according your specifications.

Coaxial Signal Transmission Cable with 2 Metal Sheaths

Coaxial Cable is with 1 wire made of Copper. 2 Metal Sheaths: inner sheath Copper then outside sheath AISI 304L Stainless Steel. Diameter of 3.6mm with insulation of MgO>96%. Other insulations (MgO, Al2O3, SiO2) can be manufactured according your specifications.
